Maternal & Child Health
H.E.L.P. works to improve the health of mothers and children in rural Nepal through community health training, smokeless stoves, and clean water projects.
3 John 1:2, "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well."
Health Programs

Maternal & Child Health
H.E.L.P. trains community health workers to educate mothers on prenatal care, safe delivery practices, newborn care, and child nutrition. These trainings reduce maternal and infant mortality in remote villages.
Smokeless Stove
Traditional cooking fires fill homes with smoke, causing respiratory illness — especially in women and children. H.E.L.P. builds smokeless stoves that vent smoke outside, dramatically improving indoor air quality and reducing illness.
Clean Water
Access to clean water is essential for health. H.E.L.P. works with communities to build water systems that bring clean water to villages, reducing waterborne illness and the burden of water collection on women and children.
Community Health Workers
H.E.L.P. trains local community health workers who live in the villages they serve. These workers provide ongoing health education, basic medical care, and referrals to clinics for serious illness. These Community Health Evangelists provide preventive training, nutrition training, and first aid to those in their villages, as the hands and feet of Christ
Preventive Health at Rapha House
Rapha House, the HELP Go retreat center has a center for Christian leaders to learn preventive health education and community wellness to minister in their own communities, and contribute to their own personal health. We deliver training on hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention, mental health and spiritual wellness, and basic first aid. By equipping community members with practical health knowledge, Rapha House helps families stay healthy before illness strikes — reducing the need for costly medical treatment and strengthening the overall resilience of the communities H.E.L.P. serves.
